The workflow process

Our Screening Application has three integrated web portals to separate functional use for HR Department, Screening Staff and Applicants. With security being of ever increasing importance, especially within the framework of the latest GDPR requirements, Veriteq  Screening Plaform now comes with even higher security features including 2-factor authentication and location-specific access controls.

A job is set up, the screening criteria are chosen, and the candidates are integrated into the system.

The candidate is e-mailed and given instructions as to how to set up an online account and is guided through the steps to input the necessary information for their application processing.

When the candidate has submitted their information online, the screening team receives a notification, at that point all essential tasks are created. The screening process can commence.

External background checks (such as Consumer Information Search, DBS, etc.) are initiated, and reference requests are sent out.

We contact the candidate in situations were data or documentation in incomplete. Subsequently, tasks are revised and relevant notes are recorded.

The screening team employs a task workflow to handle their workload, input received information and documents, track pending items, and finalise checks.

When screening is complete, the team will issue the final report. We notify you, and the report is instantly accessible in the Client Portal for examination.
