While it’s not possible to provide a definitive list of all regulated roles, as roles and responsibilities can change, there are some roles which will clearly fall into this category, and they are listed by sector below
Please note: the list is not exhaustive and remember that the prime requirement for a role to be considered regulated is that it involves contact with children or protected adults.
