Delivering an exceptional user journey is of key importance to us. Designing and developing our screening application in-house has given us the unique ability to continuously refine and enhance functionality, to ensure a superior experience for applicants and our partners.
Having identified bottlenecks in the applicant journey impacting the applicant’s user experience, often lengthening the overall submission time, we sought a better approach to the process of digital identity verification. Part of our solution was to integrate with OneID.
Candidates who use online banking no longer need to scan proof of identity documents. When prompted they need only to click the OneID button, log into their banking app and having given consent, their identity is seamlessly and efficiently verified, thus significantly improving the applicant journey and minimising the need for candidate support through this process. Our screening teams are then able to dedicate more time to other aspects of the screening process..
Through platform enhancements and seamless integration with OneID for identity verification, we’ve seen tangible improvement. Our candidate screening process is now 40% faster, the incidences of candidates failing to provide the necessary information has been significantly reduced, the applicant journey is now a more fluid and intuitive experience, allowing us to provide our partners an improved level of service.
