The screening process
Our screening platform features three dedicated web portals, each designed to support the unique needs of different users:
HR Department Portal – Manage candidate submissions, view screening progress, and access final reports.
Screening Staff Portal – Perform and monitor screening tasks with full workflow visibility.
Applicant Portal – A secure, guided interface for candidates to submit required information and documents.
This structured access ensures data security, efficient collaboration, and a streamlined experience for all parties involved.

Step 1 – Add the applicant
Choose the screening package and add the applicant(s)
Step 2 – Applicant emailed
The applicant receives an email with a secure link to their screening application.
Step 3 – Applicant submitted
Once the applicant has submitted their application via the online portal, our screening team are instantly notified.
Step 4 – Screening initiated
The required background checks are completed and reference requests dispatched.
Step 5 – Information verification
Where details or documentation is needed, the applicant is contacted. All follow-up actions are logged, and associated screening tasks are revised to reflect the updated status.
Step 6 – Final reports issued
Upon completion of all screening tasks, a comprehensive final report is issued. You will receive a notification, and the report will be accessible via the Partner Portal for your review.
